"The best service department I've found from any brand of motorycle! Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra distance to fix anything thats wrong. The best trained mechanics I've had the pleasure to meet! The service advisor is always willing to help you find just the right solution for any problem. The service manager is just down right fantastic. Can answer just about any question and often has great recommendations too. The Parts staff is outstanding as well. Always at the ready, to find whatever part you need. Most I've had to wait for a special part is a day or two. Often next day. Friendly curtesy calls to inform you that your parts are in. The staff always makes a point to remember your first name and makes you feel at home. I hope this dealership will be around for a long time to come. "Diane was a delight to work with! She provided excellent customer service and a streamlined purchasing experience. She is a great salesperson as she did the most important thing in sales. she listened to what I wanted. Being a sales person myself, this is the biggest mistake salespeople make. They are usually so focused on over selling the product. Although with Diane, it was different. I have been researching my Deluxe purchase for about 5 weeks and shopped 6 dealerships. When I called Diane, she was very open and friendly, and I told her exactly what I wanted. After a 20 minute phone call, I scheduled an appointment for later that day. "I purchaced a new front wheel for my Deuce from Joe in parts, he really helped me out. I had the wheel installed by service, after getting the bike back it had a wobble in it (not all the time). Andrea and Red made sure they took care of the problem. I really like the follow-up calls from service to make sure everything is OK with the bike."

"Don't see what you want/need in Motorclothes? Just ask Natalie! I've knew that the parts department is happy to help research and order the those special bike needs/wants but recently I mentioned to Natalie that I wanted a pair of red gauntlet gloves like I had seen at the dealership in Eureka. I had been on a quest for those red gloves. Natalie checked her supplier's catalog and shortly I had my red gloves. The entire staff at PHD works to maximize the "Harley" experience for you. "

"I've been wrenching my own scooters since the 60's. When I need parts, PHD either has them or can get them for me. Since I don't like to pay more than I need to, I "shop". PHD's prices, amazingly enough, PHD is generally lower than the outside shops, especially with the Members discount.....and the guaranty is "no hassle". The Sales people give great service, as they'll take time to help me find what I need. Couldn't ask for a better sales staff. The few times I wanted service done at PHD, The waiting time was almost 2 weeks."

"Personally, I would not take my bike anywhere else to get its service unless I'm on a long trip and have to do so. Only one other shop has worked on my bike and that was in Hays, Kansas. The entire service crew is fabulous. They tell me what should be repaired or serviced, what can wait for the next service. The Parts counter staff are amazing and they have helped me research the correct offsets for my highway pegs because my legs are short. The clothing department staff were very patient and showed me practically every woman's boot they had in stock. Everyone is friendly, courteous and goes the extra mile. "

"Im a vietnam vet and also served in the korean dmz hostile fire zone. Im rated 100% disabled by the government for PTSD. I do not like people.I rode back in the 70s. I went to other dealers and this may sound naive but price became second and the feelings became first. I went back to peninsula because I liked the way I felt. Ron and Kim made me feel like I was a poker buddy. Kim mentioned "cycletherapy" which hit the nail on the head.
